I’m Mica, founder of Heartegy — a holistic guide, coach, and facilitator of healing and energetic alignment.

My journey began in the Andalusian mountains, shaped by both the beauty of nature and the challenges of my family dynamics: caring for my younger siblings, navigating bullying, my mother’s absence, and my father’s narcissistic tendencies.

Those early imprints repeated themselves in my relationships, draining my power and keeping me trapped for 15 long years in a toxic partnership.

Through a painful yet liberating path of self-healing, 20 years abroad in corporate roles, the loss of my family home to fire, and the passing of my father — I was initiated into profound transformation. What felt like endings became doorways to my purpose: to create safe, sacred spaces where women can return to their essence.

Today, through Heartegy, I support awakening women to break free from cycles of self-doubt and overgiving so they can step into their authentic power with confidence.

My work weaves deep coaching, energetic alignment, and lived wisdom — always grounded in compassion, truth, and the remembrance of our sacred nature.

I’m honored to also collaborate with the Institute of Energetics, a global sanctuary for collective healing.
